Called to Order 6:00PM

Meeting called to order by Sarah Banks. Minutes recorded by Amie Tucker.

Sarah Banks, Malissa Hutchings, Tiffany Brush, Amie Tucker, Michael Benoit, Brian Wickens, Rachel Davids and Stephanie Muilenburg.

Current Business

  • Minutes from February approved.

  • Treasurer’s Update

  • 8th Grade Moving On Ceremony-Due to restrictions there will be no ceremony at PHS or dance. HRMS will have a “drive through” ceremony. Administration will send information to parents regarding event and safety protocols. VPO will purchase swag bags, goodies and decorations. Staff and volunteers must wear masks at all times. Student volunteers are not allowed.

  • Upcoming open board positions- Will hold a meeting at a later date to discuss recruitment. Given Covid-19, people feel the fall is too uncertain to make a commitment.
