Called to Order 6:00PM

Meeting called to order by Sarah Banks. Minutes recorded by Amie Tucker.

Attendance

Sarah Banks, Malissa Hutchings, Tiffany Brush, Amie Tucker, Michael Benoit, Brian Wickens, Dr. Art Jarvis, Jennifer Butler and Nan Seffernick.

Current Business

  • Board members employed by the school district are not to be signers on VPO bank accounts. Sarah Banks will be removed from the HRMS VPO account. Malissa Hutchings will be added.

  • Mr. Benoit and Mr. Wickens request VPO to support Popcorn Fridays as an incentive to recognize positive behavior. All members in favor. 

  • VPO to research how Bleacher Funds raised by previous VPO may be utilized.
