We hope to have 100% participation and that all HRMS Falcons will help support the fundraising effort!
WHAT:
Two ways to for students to participate or for HRMS supporters to join in …
Car wash tickets are $6 per ticket (OR 2 tickets for $10!) Each ticket is good for one $10 car wash at over 25 Puget Sound locations, including the Gig Harbor Car Wash.
Raffle tickets are $2 per ticket or 3 tickets for $5. Raffle tickets are entered into the drawing for the following THREE prizes:
GAME TRUCK PARTY FOR YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS
$250 TARGET GIFT CARD
LUNCH WITH THE PRINCIPALS!
More fun for raffle tickets buyers/sellers: For every $20 of raffle tickets purchased/sold, each student will win three throws at the dunk tank at field day! Also, every prime time class that has 100% participation (Every student buys/sells at least $5 of raffle tickets) that class will win a Krispy Kreme donut party!
Not interested in tickets? You can still donate to the Harbor Ridge VPO to the right. All donations are tax deductible!
WHEN:
Raffle Tickets are available to purchase online now through May 30th, 2019.
Both Car Wash & Raffle tickets will be sold at the two home track meets on May 2nd t& May 16th, or until tickets run out.
If any car wash tickets are left after the home track meets they will be sold online starting May 17th.
Raffle tickets will be sold until May 30th, 2019.
WHERE:
Car Wash Tickets can be redeemed at these 25+ Puget Sound locations. Tickets expire in one year.
The Raffle drawing will be on Friday, May 31st, you do not need to be present to win! Tickets are available to purchase here now (above)!
WHY:
This year the focus of the Car Wash fundraiser will be to raise money for several VPO operated programs. Past VPO fundraisers have funded new technologies for our classrooms and other needs of the students.
HOW TO FIND SUPPORTERS:
Ask your family, your friends, your neighbors… anyone you think might like to help support our fundraiser, enter to win the raffle of fantastic prizes OR have a clean car! Let them know you have a goal and share what the funds will be used for. Make sure supporters know they are getting a huge discount for a car wash at the Great Car Wash Center in Gig Harbor, which is normally a minimum of $10 per car wash (and at 25+ other car wash locations around Puget Sound)!
TICKET COLLECTION:
Raffle Tickets are available to purchase online now through May 30th, 2019. Both Car Wash & Raffle Tickets available at the home track meets on May 2nd and 16th and any remaining car wash tickets can be purchased online HERE (see above) on May 14th, until sold out.
We will only sell car wash tickets until they are gone, so act quick! First come first served.
For orders purchased online students will receive the tickets in class the next day, parents can pick up in the office, or they can be mailed.
